ECS-World is a well-established company whose flagship office is based in London, England. Since its inception in 2001, ECS-World has established merchant acquiring banking partners throughout Europe, Asia, Central America and North America. We are looking for motivated individuals to manage and develop new accounts across Southern New Hampshire, London.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and improving business relations with both prospective and existing customers
- Facilitating all aspects of account management within the company, including business stratagem, coordination of inter-departmental functioning, report writing, and profit analysis
- Serving as a personal and accessible representative/advisor to our customers
Creative individuals with innovative ideas will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with management to implement their visions. Our Account Manager will also have the opportunity to represent ECS-World at internationally based trade shows, thus providing many opportunities for travel.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree, or min. 2 year degree
- Two or more years of experience in managing sales accounts
- Competency in systems/PC skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Exceptional business development skills
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Solid knowledge of business ethics and professionalism
- Willingness to contribute to a positive and healthy work environment
